well im using a wireless connection and everything was fine until last, last night..every time i try to login the 3 digit won't load (red x mark)... i turned off my firewall(it was already off) and optimized my internet settings accordingly but still doesn't load.. does anyone have any idea?

No idea why it would randomly stop working like that.
What browser are you using? Maybe try a different one? Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, etc. |

oh yeah about this one, i think it's my cookies. im using IE and tried doing some stuff until i got on View>Privacy Report. I've change the cookies setting from allowing to comparing then set it back to allowing. Somehow it loads the 3digit image but i do this everytime i log in.

Try deleting your cookies?
