Yet another guide has been added to the ranks, and this one is about Redistributing.

Also note that this is probably my last update for the next several days or so. This is because I'm planning on mostly working on backend stuff that you won't see/hear about, plus I'm going home this weekend.

I'll kick next week off with the completion of the Guides and Equipment sections.
